The software
Zoomy is proprietary software. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use it. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.
Free plan and Zoomy Pro
The editor is free, with the limits listed on the pricing section. Zoomy Pro is sold as Pro Lifetime, a one-time purchase of 39.99 €, or as Pro Monthly, a subscription of 9.99 € that renews until you cancel it. Payments and cancellations are handled by Lemon Squeezy. One license is for one person: it is linked to one account and runs on one computer at a time.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you record and create. You are responsible for having the right to record what is on your screen and for how you share it.
No warranty
Zoomy is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or for damage that results from using the software. Keep a copy of videos you care about.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If you have questions, see Support.
